Electronic delivery only

ServerDock is downloadable software. There is no physical shipment or shipping fee. An eligible license and Windows x64 installer are made available in your account after Stripe confirms payment. Delayed payment confirmation or a review may delay activation. Reload your account or contact Support address not yet configured — sales are closed if an order remains pending.

Requirements

You need 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11, internet connectivity for activation and periodic licensing checks, and authorized SSH access to compatible Linux servers. Review the product's limitations before purchase. Downloads and license details require an authenticated account; a shared URL alone must not grant another account access.

Invoices and updates

Invoices are created in English in your account before payment with an UNPAID status. Successful payment verified with Stripe changes the same invoice to PAID and enables eligible license activation. Cancelled or unsuccessful attempts leave the invoice UNPAID; its Pay button reopens payment for the same invoice amount. Invoice numbers follow the seller's Stripe account-wide sequence. Voided or cancelled documents may leave audit-visible gaps and numbers are not reused. This commercial invoice is not represented as a Turkish GİB e-Fatura or e-Arşiv document. Applicable local fiscal requirements must be handled separately when required.

New versions become available according to your plan. Downloading a file does not create a license or extend a trial. A commercial application requires a valid signed license or an unexpired trial.
