Privacy Policy

1. Controller

SICONSHIELD LLC is the intended controller for customer account and licensing records. Formation is not complete until the company status above says so. Privacy requests: Support address not yet configured — sales are closed. Sales and account registration remain closed until company details and this notice are approved for launch.

2. Information processed

We process your email, password hash, verification status, accepted policy version, billing identity, order and invoice references, license status, device public-key identifier and a pseudonymous device fingerprint for trial-abuse checks. Passwords are hashed. We do not receive your complete payment-card number or CVC; these are handled by Stripe. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and technical access logs.

Your managed-server passwords, private SSH keys, command contents and server files are not sent to the licensing service. The application connects to those servers directly. Trial and licensing device identifiers do not include the raw Windows MachineGuid sent over the network.

3. Purposes and bases

Account access, fulfilment and licensing support the requested contract. Billing records support accounting obligations. Proportionate fraud prevention, rate limiting and security auditing support legitimate security interests. Consent is requested separately where required for optional processing. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing mail.

4. Service providers and transfers

Stripe handles payment, billing and fraud information. Cloudflare supplies website security and, when enabled, Turnstile bot checks. Our hosting and configured transactional email provider process data needed to deliver the service. Service providers may process information in the USA or other countries. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider agreements must be maintained before processing begins.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while needed to provide the account and resolve disputes. Trial-abuse identifiers may be retained for up to 730 days to enforce one trial per account and device; they are not advertised as anonymous. Verification and reset links expire after 30 minutes. Customer sessions expire after 12 hours and administrator sessions after one hour. Accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period rather than deleted with a login account. Unneeded mail jobs and transient challenges are removed by maintenance.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent where relevant, and complain to a competent authority. Contact Support address not yet configured — sales are closed. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited fraud or accounting data where justified. We do not sell customer personal information or use advertising trackers on this site.

7. Protection and children

Controls include TLS, encrypted server-side storage, password hashing, expiring sessions and administrator two-factor authentication. No system is guaranteed free of all vulnerabilities. The service is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
