License grant
Subject to your active entitlement, SICONSHIELD LLC grants one user permission to use ServerDock on one active Windows computer. Monthly and annual subscriptions expire at the end of the paid period unless renewed. Updates are included while subscribed. Previously issued perpetual licenses retain their original rights and require periodic online validation. A seven-day trial is offered only where enabled and begins on the first successful trial activation.
Device binding and transfer
The application proves possession of an installation key during activation. A second device cannot activate while the license is bound to the first. Paid-license transfer requires signing in, reauthenticating and releasing the old device. Activation on the replacement device may wait for the previous offline lease to expire, up to 15 minutes. Excessive transfers require support review. Trial licenses cannot be transferred.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not share, resell or publish your key, circumvent license or trial limits, or use the application for unauthorized access. Your server data remains yours. Third-party software terms are supplied with the application. Restrictions do not override applicable non-waivable rights, including permitted interoperability and lawful security research.
Trial policy
One trial is allowed per verified account and recognized device. Email aliases may be normalized for this purpose. Disposable-email domains and the configured Proton domains (including proton.me, protonmail.com, protonmail.ch and pm.me) are not accepted for new registration. This is an eligibility policy, not a claim that these providers or their users are fraudulent. Contact support if your legitimate address is rejected. Trial time is recorded on the server and is not extended by reinstalling the application. After seven days, a paid license is required for further licensed operations; an expired trial does not trigger an automatic charge.
Operational responsibility
Review commands and backups. Ending a client-side operation does not guarantee that a remote process has stopped. No guarantee of zero vulnerabilities, impossible-to-copy software or universal future quantum resistance is made. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.
