1. Service and eligibility

SICONSHIELD LLC provides ServerDock, a Windows application for managing Linux servers over SSH, live resource monitoring and SFTP. You must be at least 18 or have legal authority to enter into a business purchase. Only connect to systems you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for reviewing commands, targets, permissions and backups.

2. Accounts and security

Use an accurate email and billing identity, verify your email, and protect your password and license key. Do not share accounts, resell keys, evade device limits or repeatedly claim trials. We may restrict access for payment fraud, abuse or unauthorized use and provide a support review channel. A blocked email provider does not imply that its users are fraudulent.

3. Plans, price and payment

Each plan covers one user and one active Windows computer. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled before the next billing date. Both include usage and updates during the paid subscription period. Annual billing is one yearly payment, not monthly instalments. Perpetual licenses are no longer offered for new purchases. Previously issued licenses retain their original terms. Online activation and revalidation at least every 15 minutes are required for both plans.

Türkiye billing addresses use TRY pricing with applicable VAT included in the displayed price. Other supported billing countries use USD prices excluding applicable tax. Tax is calculated using the billing address, product classification and the seller’s applicable tax registrations; no uniform US sales tax percentage is assumed. Prices, taxes, billing frequency and the final total are disclosed on your invoice before payment. An unpaid invoice is created when you proceed to payment. Subscription service dates are shown on the invoice; paying later does not reset that service period. Provide your actual billing country. A country mismatch may hold delivery for review; contact support to correct the order or request a refund. Charges, currency-conversion fees and card acceptance may depend on your bank. We never treat a checkout return URL as proof of payment.

4. Delivery and cancellation

After the payment provider confirms a successful payment, the license and eligible download appear in your customer account. See the delivery and refund policies for fulfilment details. Cancel a monthly or annual subscription through the billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access until the paid period ends.

5. Updates and limitations

Updates are optional; supported rollback versions must be approved by the publisher. Security or compatibility changes may make an old release unsuitable. The current terminal supports line-based commands, not full-screen terminal applications such as nano or htop. Server capacity depends on your hardware and network. Monitoring reads system information; commands, scripts and file edits may change or delete remote data.

6. Rights and remedies

The application is licensed, not sold. Third-party components retain their own license terms. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law grants and does not permit us to exclude, including statutory consumer remedies, permitted interoperability and lawful security research. We do not promise uninterrupted service, absence of every vulnerability or resistance to all software tampering.

7. Governing framework and changes

The seller is being established in Delaware, USA. Where permitted, Delaware law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections or court access available to consumers in their home jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed here. Material changes will be identified by policy version and will not retrospectively remove a purchased all-future-version entitlement. Contact support before escalating a dispute.
