Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a purchase or renewal by contacting Support address not yet configured — sales are closed with the order or invoice number and the account email. Do not send card numbers or passwords. This policy does not limit mandatory statutory rights, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content.

We review the request, confirm the relevant payment and return approved refunds through the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A full refund revokes the related license entitlement; an existing signed offline authorization may remain valid until its expiry, at most 15 minutes. Partial refunds are recorded separately.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

Cancel renewal in your account's Stripe billing portal before the next billing date. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past charge and preserves the paid period unless refunded or suspended for a valid reason. Contact support if portal access fails. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues until the paid subscription period ends unless the payment is refunded or reversed.

Failed or delayed delivery

If payment succeeded but the account has no license, contact support before paying again. Include the order reference. Regional billing mismatches and fraud checks may require review; if we cannot fulfil an eligible order, a refund can be requested. Your bank's currency conversion fees are governed by your agreement with the bank.
